Alopecia, a spontaneous loss of hair

Alopecia, a spontaneous loss of hair, either in patches ("alopecia areata") or over the entire body ("alopecia universalis"), has no defined cause or predictably effective treatment. The areata variety usually resolves with time.

Alopecias can be divided into scarring and non-scarring disease. The classical scarring alopecia is cutaneous lupus erythematous, although fungal kerions are the more prevalent form of hair loss. Alopecia areata is the name for a condition in which round patches of hair loss appear suddenly. The hair-growing tissue is attacked by the patient's own immune cells for unknown reasons.

Provillus is our top pick hair loss product. It will start working in 7 days, stopping hair thinning and falling that can turn you bald. Provillus is currently our number one recommendation due to the overwhelming positive feedback we have gotten and continue to get from men and women who have used the product. Many have told us that within weeks they saw new hair growing back.

Provillus' benefits are greatest for younger men (18-35), and those whose hair is still in a growth phase. Men that still have growing hair experience an increase in hair count, and improvement in both hairline and thinning at the crown of the their head.

Unlike synthetic wigs, a real wig does not need frequent maintenance, and can last for days or even weeks. Additionally, a wig made of human-hair is much easier to maintain than synthetic hair. Interested to know more about real hair wigs? Browse this site.
